This 3 ingredient Whiskey Sour Mocktail is perfectly smoky, tart, and sweet all at the same time. It is alcohol free, quick to make, and comes with two different smoking methods.

oz simple syrup

6 In a glass add the non alcoholic whiskey bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup. 8 Combine together well, about 10 to 15 stirs. Smoking with a Smoker/ Infuser 10 Add wood chips to the smoker/ infuser. 13 Using a butane torch, burn the wood chips until you begin to see smoke pushing down through the smoker/ infuser. 14 Immediately place the lid on top and allow the mocktail to smoke for 1 to 2 minutes. 15 Remove the smoker/ infuser and garnish. Smoking with a Wood Board/ Plank 12 Using a butane torch, burn the wood board or plank for a few seconds. 16 Place the burnt portion of the wood over top of the mocktail for 1 to 2 minutes. Make sure the burnt side is facing in towards the mocktail. 17 Remove the wood board or plank from the mocktail and garnish.View original recipe
