tbsp all purpose flour

tsp baking powder
tsp salt

tsp black peppercorn

cup olive oil

cup soy sauce
tbsp brown sugar

tsp garlic powder

cup scallion
Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 450° F and prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a wire rack on top of the aluminum foil lined baking sheet. 1 Pat dry the chicken wings and toss in all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. 2 Place seasoned chicken wings on the rack lined baking sheet, in a single layer with space between them. 3 Bake the wings for 15 minutes and then reduce oven to 425° F and continue to bake for another 15 minutes. 4 While the wings bake, in a large bowl whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, Chinese 5 spice, black pepper, garlic powder, salt, and green scallions. 5 Remove the baked chicken wings from the rack lined baking sheet and toss them in the wing sauce. 6 Place the wings back on the rack lined baking sheet and bake for 10 more minutes. 7 Remove the Salt and Pepper Wings from the oven and allow them to rest for 10 minutes. 8 Garnish with more scallions and serve.View original recipe
