This Loaded Leprechaun Popcorn is the perfect snack for St. Patrick's Day. It's is salty, sweet, minty, and gooey all at the same time. With flavors of popcorn, marshmallow, mint M&Ms, and lucky charms, you will quickly become addicted to this one!

0 Prepare a large baking sheet with wax paper.
3 In a large bowl combine plain popcorn and Lucky charms cereal, set aside.
1 Over medium heat, melt butter until completely melted.
2 Add mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat as soon as the marshmallows are melted.
4 Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and cereal mixture. Fold until everything is well coated. 
6 Pour the popcorn and cereal coated mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
5 Immediately sprinkle mint M&amp;Ms and sprinkles over the top. Allow it to dry.
7 Break into pieces and enjoy!
