oz olive oil

tsp coarse sea salt

tbsp pickle

tsp garlic powder
cod fish fillet

Instructions
Dill Sauce In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, chopped dill, lemon juice, dill pickle relish, grated garlic clove, salt and black pepper. Refrigerate in an airtight glass jar or container for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight. Cod Fish Sliders Preheat oven to 400 °F Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and then top it with a metal cooling rack. Separate the top slider buns from the bottom slider buns (without separating them into individual buns). Place them on one side of the metal rack insides facing down. Arrange the cod fish pieces on the other half of the baking sheet. Spray or lightly coat the buns and cod fish pieces with extra virgin olive oil. In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Sprinkle both the top and bottom of the cod fish pieces with seasoning. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cod fish is fully cooked and an opaque white or beige color. NOTE: The thickest part of the fish fillet should read 125 to 145 degrees F with a digital thermometer. Or press the back of a fork on the thickest part of the fish fillet and it should flake apart. Construct the sliders: bottom buns, a scoop of dill sauce, lettuce, red onion, cod fish, and top buns. OPTIONAL: Insert a long skewer in the center of the sliders to hold it in place. Serve immediately with your favorite sides.View original recipe
